Fresh and sweet curd is very tasty for us to consume. Sometimes curd is consumed by mixing sugar and sometimes by making raita. Curd has always been a part of our diet as it keeps the bacteria in our intestines healthy, thereby keeping the digestive system strong.

In summer, the curd is eaten in the form of natural quarks, tadka quarks, raita quarks, lassi quark, etc. With its help, the balance of fluids in the body is maintained and heat stroke does not bother us. In winter, home-made gond laddoos, flour laddoos, urad dal laddoos, halwa, chikki, til rabdi laddoos, til ki chikki etc. are consumed. Its regular consumption sometimes causes stomach irritation, itching in the skin, or digestive problems. In such a situation, the consumption of curd is very beneficial.
