Experts recommend that if you are pregnant and cannot live without coffee, then drink only two cups of instant coffee and one mug of filtered coffee a day. Because drinking more than this is dangerous for pregnancy.

These days, caffeine is used a lot in most coffee shops, which is not at all good for the health of pregnant women. The survey found that a medium-sized glass of cappuccino from high street chain Costa contained up to 325mg of caffeine, which is more than one and a half times the recommended limit for pregnant and lactating women. While a medium-sized Starbucks Cappuccino contains about 66mg of caffeine.

According to the survey, taking more caffeine during pregnancy can cause your baby to be born prematurely or die soon after birth.
