Material
Green chili - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - half cup
Cumin powder - 4 to 5 tbsp
Salt - 2 to 3 teaspoons
Oil - 2 tbsp
Recipe
First, wash the green chilies with clean water and dry them with a clean cloth.
2 After this, separate the stalks of the chilies and make an incision in the middle of the chilies with the help of a knife, so that the masala is filled well.
3 Then make stuffed chili masala by mixing cumin powder and salt in a utensil.
4 Fill this spice-like stuffing in the middle of the chili.
Now turn on the gas and heat oil in a pan.
6 Then put the stuffed chilies one by one in this oil and fry for 8 to 10 minutes so that the rawness of the chilies goes away.
7 Now take it off the gas and keep it cool down. Add lemon juice when it cools down. Keep it in a glass jar and keep in mind that do not keep it in a hot place.
