Ingredients
500 grams cheese
2 teaspoons soy sauce
4 spoon of tomato ketchup
2 teaspoon salt
2 red capsicum
250 grams onion
1 teaspoon ginger powder
50 grams of green chilli
2 tsp schezwan sauce
4 teaspoon ginger


4 teaspoon garlic paste
2 teaspoons corn flour
2 teaspoon vinegar
1 cup refined oil
2 spoons green chilli chutney
2 yellow capsicum
2 teaspoon butter

Recipe
-First of all, take a chopping board. Then cut cheese, onion, and capsicum into small cubes.

- Wash chopped capsicum in water and keep it aside.

Now peel the ginger and chop it finely in a small bowl. Then chop green chilies.

- After this add cheese in a small bowl. Add cornflour, salt, ginger powder, vinegar, and chili paste into it.

- Marinate for 10-15 minutes. After this, keep a pan on medium flame and heat oil in it.

When the oil is well heated, add pieces of paneer in it and fry till it turns golden.

- Now place a pan on medium flame and add some oil to it.

- Add garlic paste, chopped ginger, and chopped green chilies and fry.

- Add chopped capsicum to it. Fry for a minute and then add onion.

- After this add Schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, green chili sauce and soya sauce.

- Add melted butter in it. Cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring well.

- Finally add fried paneer cubes to this mixture and mix well.

- If you want to make more gravy, add some extra water and let the sauce thicken. Now garnish it with green onions and serve hot.
