Do Abhyanga
According to Ayurveda, abhyanga is very important for a new mother. In this, the body of the woman is massaged with lukewarm oil. Due to this, strength is also maintained in the body and body temperature is also maintained.
Pelvic floor exercises
Ayurveda also advises new mothers to do certain pelvic floor exercises to speed up recovery and strengthen the pelvic floor.
