Every year, 14th November is celebrated as Children's Day in India. This day is the birthday of India's first Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru. It is said that Pandit Nehru was very fond of children. Due to this, children fondly called him Chacha Nehru. He believed that children are the future of the country. This is the reason why Children's Day is celebrated on his birthday.
Special programs are organized in schools on this day. Along with this, children are also encouraged by giving them rewards. Although children celebrate this day well in school, if you want, you can make your child happy at home too. You can surprise your child by making cupcakes. Today we are going to tell you a simple way to make cupcakes.
Cupcake baking supplies
1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 3/4 powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons salted butter, 3/4 milk, half teaspoon coffee powder, half tablespoon cocoa powder, half teaspoon vanilla essence,
Method
If you are thinking of making cupcakes at home, then first preheat it to 180 degrees Celsius. After this, add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sugar in a big bowl and mix well. After this add butter, vanilla essence, coffee paste, and milk to this mixture.
While mixing it, keep in mind that there should not be any lumps of any kind in this mixture. When this mixture is ready, apply a little butter to the cupcake mold. After this, fill half the mold with this batter.
After this, keep these molds in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep checking it from time to time whether it is cooking properly or not. If while checking, the toothpick comes out without sticking, then it means the cup has been made into a cap.
After making it, take it out and let it cool. Apply cream on it only after it cools down. If you apply frosting on a hot cake, it will melt and your cake may get spoiled. That's it, your cupcake is ready. You can surprise children by feeding them this.
