Ingredients
Strawberries - 15-20
Cinnamon - 2
jaggery - as per taste
Chia seeds - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

Method
1. First of all wash and clean the strawberries thoroughly.

2. Then cut it into small pieces.

3. Now put a pan on the gas and put strawberries in it and cook on low flame.

4. Blend the strawberries till they are smashed and a paste is formed.

5. Then add a piece of cinnamon. After adding cinnamon, grind jaggery in it.

6. Mix both the ingredients and then add chia seeds and lemon juice.

7. Lemon juice will act as a preservative. Turn off the gas when the mixture thickens.

8. Now keep it in a jar to cool down.
