To make Paneer Popcorn, 200 grams of paneer, half a cup of cornflour, half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, one teaspoon of red chili powder, oil for frying, two teaspoons of bread crumbs, and salt to taste are required. Apart from this, one teaspoon of oregano, half a teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, and half a teaspoon of turmeric.

To make Cheese Popcorn, first, take 200 grams of paneer. Cut it into small cubes and keep it. Now in a bowl add half a cup of cornflour and one teaspoon of red chili and half a teaspoon of black pepper. Now mix one teaspoon of oregano, half a teaspoon of turmeric along with salt as per taste, and half a teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste. After this make batter by adding water as required.

Now put paneer cubes in the mixture and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes. After this, put the paneer cubes in bread crumbs and wrap them. Now let it set in the fridge for 10 minutes. Later, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer cubes in it till the oil turns golden brown. Now paneer popcorn is ready.
