If you look today, almost most people have a vehicle. Some have two wheels and some have three or four wheels. People buy things like cars and bikes with their hard-earned money. Some people buy commercial vehicles to go to their offices, so that they can earn money by driving them. But just think, if your car gets stolen, what will you do? Almost every day many vehicles are stolen from somewhere. In such a situation, people start getting worried and they do not know what to do, but you do not have to worry because here you can know the three things which you have to do first and immediately. So let us know about them without any delay. You can know about this in the next slides...

Do these things first
If your car is stolen, the first thing you should do is call the police immediately. After this, it is the job of the police to file a report of vehicle theft. Keep in mind here that the police cannot refuse to do this.

You have to give your vehicle number, the name of the vehicle owner, your mobile number, and other information to the police officer. It is also important to file a police report because without it the insurance company will not accept the claim of vehicle theft.

Do the second thing
Then you have to inform the insurance company about the theft of your vehicle. Also, give them a copy of the police report. After this, the company does a complete investigation and if everything is found correct, you get the claim. If your vehicle does not have any insurance and only has a comprehensive insurance policy, then you will be insured. But if you don't have comprehensive auto insurance, you should still notify your BAMA agency. With this, you will be able to protect yourself if your vehicle is stolen and causes harm to anyone/property.

The third task is also necessary
In case of vehicle theft, this information should also be given to the transport authority of your area. Often people do not do this, but if your vehicle is misused, informing the transport authority can help you in many ways.
