What is burnout syndrome?
Burnout syndrome is a type of stress that occurs due to work pressure. If you face any kind of pressure at home or office for a long time or you have to face many challenges, then you become a victim of burnout syndrome.
Finding the same routine boring, having no excitement about work, thinking only about work even on vacation, makes you a victim of burnout syndrome. According to WHO, burnout syndrome is caused by chronic workplace stress, that is, this symptom starts when you have too much stress at work.
Symptoms of burnout syndrome
- forced to go to work
- lack of energy
- remain angry and irritable
- don't feel like doing anything
- don't like your job
- Difficulty sleeping
- Feeling low on confidence and self-esteem
- having a panic attack
- Tension increases as soon as you reach the office
- feeling tired even after sleeping
How to protect
- Put motivational quotes on your desk
- Do meditation before going to the office.
- finish office work in the office itself
- On holidays, focus only on your outings.
- Make yourself feel refreshed by taking breaks in between work
- In your free time, do something that makes you feel happy.
