Burgers have become extremely popular in the last few years. Initially, it was liked by children, but gradually it made older people crazy about it. However, it has been kept in the category of junk food and its excessive consumption invites many diseases. However, it can also be made at home, which will be very good from a health point of view. Here you can make it as tasty as the market by using fresh ingredients. This is a good option as a snack. Burgers can be enjoyed with French fries or cold drinks.

Ingredients for Burgers
1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
1 cup soya granules
1 tbsp finely chopped green chilli
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp soy sauce
salt as per taste
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tbsp mustard chutney
1 tablespoon corn flour

Burger Sauce Ingredients
2 cups red chutney
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp vinegar
1/3 cup mayonnaise

Recipe
- First of all, add soya granules, green chilies, boiled mashed potatoes, black pepper powder, soya sauce, Kashmiri red chili powder, tomato ketchup, white vinegar, corn flour, and mustard sauce in a bowl. Stir them well.
- Make patties and roll them in bread crumbs. Fry the patties in oil on medium flame. Your burger patties are ready.
- For burger sauce, mix together vinegar, mayonnaise, and red tomato sauce. Add any red chutney to the mixture for a spicy taste.
- Bake the buns on the pan. Apply sauce mix on the base and place the patty on it.


-Add lettuce, onion, tomato, and a slice of cheese. Place the other half of the bun on top.
- Prepare the batter using water, corn flour, maida, and red chili powder.
- Dip the burger in this solution and cover it with crushed corn flakes and deep fry it in hot oil. Burgers are ready to serve.
