If you want to apply offline for the Ayushman Bharat Scheme. In such a situation, you will have to go to your nearest public service center. There the agent will check your eligibility. After this, after verifying the documents, your application will be submitted to the scheme.

Your Ayushman Bharat card will be generated a few days after application. With the help of this card, you can get your treatment worth up to Rs 5 lakh. Ayushman Bharat Yojana is also known as Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.
