Broccoli Paneer Recipe: This is a delicious vegetarian recipe that is easy to make and can be served as an appetizer or a snack. Paneer is liked by almost everyone, you must also try this healthy recipe of paneer. You can either blanch the broccoli in it when you make the recipe or you can also blanch them in advance and freeze them until you use them. When you blanch broccoli, you need to be careful not to over-blanch it because broccoli needs a soft yet crispy texture.

Ingredients of Broccoli Paneer
1 1/2 cups broccoli
3 tbsp butter
1 big chopped onion
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups cubed paneer
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp minced garlic
salt as required
1 tsp black sesame seeds

How to make Broccoli Paneer
Step 1- Blanch the broccoli
Cut the broccoli into florets with half the stalk and blanch them. Blanch them till they become soft and at the same time slightly crisp.

Step 2- Cook the Paneer
Put butter in a non stick pan and let it heat on medium heat. After the butter melts, fry the paneer pieces till they become light golden, take them out in a plate and keep them aside.

Step 3- Fry the ingredients
Add white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds to the remaining butter on medium heat in the same pan in which you shallow fried the paneer. After the cumin seeds crackle a bit, add onion, garlic and ginger to it and cook till the onion turns golden.

Step 4- Add Broccoli and Paneer
Add broccoli, paneer, salt and pepper to the pan, fry everything together for 5-10 minutes and serve.
