Material
Soaked oatmeal – 2 cups
Carrot – 1 cup (finely chopped)
Capsicum – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Green chilli - 2
Cauliflower – 1 cup (finely chopped)
Cauliflower – 1 cup (finely chopped)
Curry leaves - 2
Green Coriander – 1 cup (finely chopped)
salt to taste
Asafoetida – 1 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Safflower – 1 tablespoon
Lemon - 1
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Recipe
1. First of all, heat oil in a pan.
2. After this add cumin, mustard, asafoetida, and curry leaves.
3. Then cook all this on a turmeric fire.
4. As soon as it is cooked, add vegetables in between.
5. After frying the vegetables well, add porridge to it and cook.
6. Fry the porridge for 10-15 minutes.
7. Then cover it and leave it for some time.
8. Now cover the porridge and cook it.
9. After the stipulated time, add lemon, vermicelli, and finely chopped green coriander to the porridge.
10. Your delicious masala dalia is ready. Taste it hot.
