Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour,
  • 1 cup moong dal,
  • 1 tsp ginger,
  • 1 tsp whole coriander,
  • 1 tsp coriander,
  • salt as per taste,
  • 1 tsp red chili powder,
  • oil as required

Method :

First of all, soak the lentils for 5-6 hours.

Make a paste by adding ginger, fennel, and whole coriander to it.

Add red chili powder and salt to it, and mix.

Mix it in flour and knead it.

Heat oil in a pan or wok.

Make puris of this flour, fry in hot oil until golden in color, and serve.
