Today we will show you how to make salty vegetable porridge. Vegetables are used in this. It is very healthy for children as well as the elderly. Its taste is also excellent. Ingredients
Porridge – 1 bowl
Potato – 1
Tomato – 1
Onion finely chopped – 1
Chopped carrots – 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Chopped cauliflower – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
- First of all, chop all the vegetables finely.
- After this, heat a pan to roast the porridge and fry it in it.
Now heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion, and fry till it turns pink.
- After this add ginger-garlic paste and cook well.
Now add turmeric, red chili, garam masala, and other spices, and fry for 2 minutes.
- After this add all the chopped vegetables in it and cook well.
Now add roasted porridge into it and mix everything.
- After this add about one and a quarter glasses of water or as per requirement.
Now cook it on low flame for 15 minutes and garnish with green coriander.
- Salted vegetable porridge is ready. Serve it hot.
