Usually, dosa is made using a batter of rice and urad dal. But if you want to make instant dosa, then with the help of semolina and poha, you can make instant dosa. This is a delicious and easy breakfast recipe.
Material :
1 cup poha (soaked)
1 cup semolina
1 tsp fruit salt oil
1/4 cup curd
salt to taste
Method :
First of all, put semolina, poha, curd, and salt in a mixer jar.
Now add some water to it and blend till a smooth batter is ready.
After this take out this batter in a bowl and add water as needed to balance the consistency.
Now add fruit salt to this batter and mix.
After this, heat it by placing a griddle on the gas and grease it with oil.
Now put the batter on the pan and spread it a little. Keep in mind that cook it only from one side.
After cooking, serve it with your favorite chutney.
