Ingredients
For Banana Idli:
1 cup idli batter
4 tbsp jaggery powder
a pinch of salt
a pinch of cardamom powder
1/2 ripe banana, sliced
For Coconut Jaggery Cream:
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp jaggery powder
Method :
1. Mix all the ingredients for Banana Idli.
2. Grease an idli tray with butter, pour a little batter into the molds, and steam till cooked. Once done, remove from the mold.
3. For jaggery chutney, heat coconut milk and add jaggery powder to it. Stir until dissolved. Serve hot idli with coconut chutney.
