This Besan Veg Omelette is perfect for vegetarians, just prepare it with this easy method
Method :
firstly, in a large bowl add all the ingredients except chopped tomatoes.
Now make a thick batter by mixing it with about 1 cup of water and keep it covered for 10 minutes.
After this, grease a pan or griddle with ghee.
Now spread 2 tbsp batter evenly on it and give it a thin circular shape.
After this put 2-3 tomato slices on top and spread extra ghee on the sides.
Now cover it and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes and then cook without covering it for 5 minutes.
Your veg omelet is ready. Serve it hot with ketchup or green chutney.
