Ingredients to make Masala Pav
Pav – 8
Butter – 4 tbsp
Red chili-garlic paste – 3-4 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Onion finely chopped - 1 cup
Capsicum finely chopped - 1 cup
Tomatoes finely chopped - 2 cups
Red chili powder - 2 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 tbsp
Cumin-coriander powder – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt - as per taste

Masala Pav Recipe
To make a market like a masala pav, first, prepare the masala. For this, put butter and 1 tablespoon of oil in a deep bottom pan and heat it on medium heat. When the butter melts, add cumin seeds to it. After the cumin seeds crackle for a few seconds, add red chili-garlic paste to the oil and fry for about 1 minute. After this, add finely chopped onion and fry it till it becomes light brown.
Now add finely chopped capsicum and tomato to this spice. While stirring it, cook for 2 to 3 minutes. After this add red chili powder, coriander-cumin powder, salt as per taste, and pav bhaji masala to the spices and mix well. After this add three-fourths of hot water to the mixture and cook while stirring with the help of a spoon. After cooking the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes, mash it lightly with the help of a masher.

Now add finely chopped coriander and lemon juice to the spices and stir and fry the spices for 1 more minute. After this turn off the gas. Masala is ready for stuffing of pav. Take it out in a big bowl and keep it.

To make Masala Pav, now put the spices on the sides of a big griddle. Put 1 tablespoon butter, red chili-garlic paste, and coriander in the middle of the griddle and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute while stirring. Now take 2 pavs and cut them open from the middle and place them on the spices and cook for 1 minute. After this, turn the pav and put some masala on the pav, and spread it. Similarly, prepare the rest of the Masala Pav. Now serve hot masala pav immediately.
