Ingredients to make Masala Oats
Oats - 1 cup
Peas - 2 tbsp
Tomato - 1 small chopped
Carrot - 2 tbsp chopped
small onion - 1 chopped
Ghee - one spoon
Green chili - 2
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - half teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
ginger paste
garlic paste
salt - salt
water

How to make Masala Oats
First of all heat a pan by keeping it on the gas. Add oats to it and fry till it becomes crispy. Now put ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds to it and cook. Now finely chop the onion and put it in it and fry it for half a minute. Now add ginger and garlic paste to it and fry it well. During this keep the flame low. Now put all the vegetables like carrots, peas, tomatoes, green chillies in it and cook for 5-7 minutes. Now put turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala in it. Mix well. Now add roasted oats and salt to it. Add water to it as required. Cover the lid and let it boil for 4-5 minutes. If the water gets less then turn off the gas.
