A sweet potato paratha is a good option for breakfast. Whose taste is very similar to potato paratha. So instead of potato paratha, you can also try sweet potato paratha.

Material :
300 gm sweet potato, 2 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dried mango powder, 1/4 tsp carom seeds, 1 chili finely chopped, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp Kasuri methi ground, salt as per taste, 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped, water for kneading the dough, oil for baking the paratha

Method :
Take water in a cooker, add sweet potato and a little salt to it. Cook it for two to three whistles.

Now peel off the skin of the sweet potato and mash it.

Add wheat flour, turmeric, garam masala, dried mango powder, and carom seeds to it.

After this add chili, ginger paste, kasoori fenugreek, salt, and chopped coriander. Now mix it well. Now knead the dough adding water as needed. Keep it for 20 minutes to set.

Now once again mash this flour with light hands, then make small balls out of it.

After this, roll it thin like chapati or paratha.

Now roast it on both sides by applying ghee on a hot griddle.

Sweet Potato Paratha is ready to be served with Raita or pickle.
