Breakfast: The vegetable Atta Chilla Recipe is a quick and easy recipe that can be made for breakfast. The best thing about this dish is that it can be eaten comfortably by people on a diet as it is made from whole wheat flour, Indian spices, and some vegetables.

Ingredients
-1 cup flour

-Salt as per taste

-1/2 turmeric

-1/4 cup curd

-1/2 tsp ajwain water, as required

-1 ginger, grated

-2-3 green chilies, chopped

-1 tbsp capsicum, chopped

- 2 tbsp carrots, grated

-1 tablespoon beans, chopped

-2 tbsp onion

A handful of freshly chopped coriander leaves

Method :
1. Take flour, carom seeds, salt, and turmeric in a mixing bowl.

2. Add curd and mix.

3. Prepare cheela batter by adding water as required.

4. Add all the vegetables and mix well.

5. Heat a griddle and grease it with oil.

6. Pour a ladleful of cheela batter into the pan and spread it well.

7. Cook on both sides and serve hot with your favorite chutney or ketchup.
