In this, the eligible person has to go to his nearest CSC center and get an Ayushman card, after which you can get free treatment in the listed hospital with the help of this card.

If you are also an Ayushman card holder and want to know in which hospital in your city or village you can get free treatment, then for this you will have to visit the official portal of the scheme pmjay.gov.in.
Here you will get the option 'Find Hospital', click on it.
Step 2
After this, enter the remaining required information like your state, district, and type of hospital.
Then fill in the captcha code given on the screen
Now you will see a list of hospitals where you can get free treatment.
