Looking for a healthy option for breakfast then Dalia Uttapam is the best. Which gets ready in minutes and also keeps the stomach full for a long time.

Material :
1 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup semolina, 1/2 cup curd, 1/2 cup onion finely chopped, 1/4 cup tomato finely chopped, 2 green chilies finely chopped, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda

To Touch
1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds whole, 1 tsp chana dal, 1 tsp washed urad dal, 7-8 curry leaves

Method :
Wash the oatmeal and soak it in hot water. After 30 minutes, drain the water and grind it.

Prepare a batter like an uttapam by mixing semolina and curd in it and keep it covered for 30 minutes.

Now heat oil for tempering, crackle mustard seeds, and cumin seeds, and mix both pulses in it.

When the pulses turn pink, add curry leaves to it and mix it in the solution and cover it. After 5 minutes, mix onion, tomato, green chili, salt, and baking soda in it and spread the solution like uttapam on the griddle.

Fry well by applying oil on both sides of the uttapam and serve with sambar and coconut chutney.
