Breakfast Dish: Sometimes potato parathas and sometimes cauliflower parathas, not only this, paneer parathas also look very tasty. But if you are satisfied with these too, then you can make Masala Paratha. The tastier and different it is in food, the easier it is to make. Ingredients to make Masala Paratha
Flour - 1 cup
Gram flour – 1 cup
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Kasuri fenugreek - 1 tbsp
Green coriander chopped - 2 tbsp
oil - as needed
salt - as per taste

Method
To make Masala Paratha, sift flour and gram flour in a bowl and mix. After this, add cumin, celery, asafoetida, kasoori fenugreek, finely chopped green coriander, and salt as per taste to the flour mixture along with red chilies.

To make the paratha crispy, add a spoonful of oil to it. Now add water little by little and knead it well. Now cover it and keep it for half an hour.

After half an hour, knead it well once again. Now prepare its balls and keep the griddle to heat. After this, roll out a round or triangular paratha from the dough. Now put some oil on the pan and spread it all around. Roast the paratha till it turns golden. Now bake the rest of the parathas in the same way. Serve it with tea with green chutney and ketchup.
