Ingredients for making Poha Chilla
Poha - 1 cup
Gram flour - 2 tsp
Semolina - 2 tsp
Tomato chopped - 1
Onion chopped - 1
Green chili chopped - 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves – 6-7
Sesame - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
oil - as required
Salt - as per taste

How to make Poha Chilla
If you want to make Poha Chilla for breakfast, first clean the Poha and wash it 2-3 times with water. After soaking the poha in water for 2-3 minutes, transfer it to a mixer jar and then grind it. After this, finely chop onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander and mix it by adding it to the paste of poha. Now add gram flour and semolina to the paste and mix. After this add turmeric, cumin powder, sesame, chili powder, and all other spices and mix it well.

Now add water according to the requirement in this mixture and prepare a thick solution. After this, heat a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat. After the tawa is hot, spread some oil on it. Now fill the poha batter in a bowl and spread it in the center of the griddle and make cheela. Now roast the cheela for some time and then turn it over and apply oil. When the cheela turns golden brown from both sides, take it out on a plate. Prepare Poha Chilla in the same way as all the batter. Tasty Poha Cheela is ready for breakfast. Serve it with chutney.
