Ingredients to make Bread Spring Roll
Bread slices - 7-8
Finely chopped onion – 1/2 cup
The white part of spring onion – 2-3 tbsp
Carrot finely chopped - 1/2 cup
Cabbage finely chopped - 1 cup
Yellow capsicum chopped - 1/2 cup
Chopped green capsicum – 1/2 cup
Chopped red capsicum – 1/2 cup
Ginger chopped – 1/2 tsp
Garlic chopped - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli chopped – 1-2
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1-2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
salt - as per taste

For gram flour batter
Gram flour – 1/2 cup
Green chilli chopped – 1-2
salt - as per taste
Ajwain – 1 tsp
chopped coriander leaves
Oil - for frying

Bread Spring Roll Recipe
To make bread spring, first prepare the filling.
For this, put oil in a pan, add ginger, and garlic and fry it.
After this, put onion in the pan and fry it too.
Now put carrots, cabbage, and all types of capsicum in the pan and cook well.
Now add black pepper powder, tomato ketchup, and vinegar to the mixture and mix.
After this, add spring onions and fry for some time, and turn off the gas.
Now prepare the solution, for this you put ginger, celery, and green coriander leaves in it.
Now prepare a medium-thick batter by adding some salt and water to it.
Now take the bread and keep it on a flat surface and press it well and then roll it.
After this, keep the filling on one side of the bread and then apply water and roll it.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it, till the oil is hot, you can prepare the roll.
Seal the bread well, and dip it in the gram flour batter.
When the oil is hot, put the roll in it.
Fry it till the bread spring roll turns golden brown.
Similarly, prepare all the rolls.
Now your bread spring roll is ready to be kept in the children's tiffin.
