But despite having so many benefits of Virabhadrasana, it should not be practised. It is advised not to practice Virabhadrasana if you have low blood pressure. This also increases blood circulation in the lower part of the body.

This is one such yoga asana, which is known for shaping the body. Practising this will remove the fat stored on your stomach and waist. Along with this, regular practice of this asana also gives relief from the problem of constipation and gas. But if you have frequent complaints of low blood pressure, then avoid practising Katichkrasan. This asana increases blood circulation in the lower part of the body, which can improve the problem of low blood pressure patients.
