2. Do regular workouts
Usually, people do workouts for fitness and weight loss, but you will be surprised to know that regular exercise also helps a lot in detoxing the body. By sweating in the gym or field, the build-up of toxins in the body starts reducing and the blood gets purified along with being pumped properly. You must do breathing exercises, stretching, and yoga, it can be of great benefit.
3. Don't Sleep Deprived
Most health experts believe that getting enough sleep is essential for detoxifying the body. It helps to remove toxins while recovering our cells. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep in 24 hours, this will keep the body healthy and will not affect mental health as well.
