Ayurveda has many remedies for diabetes patients. Aak leaves are one of them. These leaves are successful in keeping blood sugar levels in control. But for this, you have to use these leaves in powder form. This leaf is also called the 'Madar' plant in Ayurveda.

Aak leaves can prove to be very helpful for the treatment of diabetes. In English, it is called a Giant Calotrope. Apart from this, its scientific name is Calotropil Giganti. Aak leaves are very soft. The color of Aak leaves is a mix of green and white. After drying, yellow color starts appearing. This leaf has been considered beneficial for diabetes patients.

After drying the Aak leaves in the sun, grind them and make powder. Now consume it in 10 ml of water daily. Apart from this, you should apply this powder to the soles of your feet and sleep-wearing socks. Take off your socks after waking up in the morning. Doing this regularly gives benefits to diabetes.
