Bitter Mouth Remedies: All of us have experienced a bad taste in the mouth at some point in time. There can be many reasons for this, such as poor dental hygiene or an infection in the mouth. Apart from this, illness is one of the most common reasons for a bad taste in the mouth. It is often seen that some people lose the taste in their mouth during fever or even after recovery. During this time, on eating anything, its taste is not understood. How to cure a bad taste in the mouth?
1. Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 glass of warm water

Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Mix it well, add some honey if you want, and drink it. This has to be done once a day every day.

2. Baking Soda
1 teaspoon baking soda
Lemon juice (a few drops)

Take a teaspoon of baking soda and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Use this paste to brush your teeth. Do this once a day every day.

3. Warm water and salt
1 tsp salt
1 glass of warm water

Add one teaspoon of salt to a glass of warm water. Mix it well and gargle by keeping it in your mouth. Do this daily 2 to 3 times a day.

4. Turmeric and Lemon
Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
few drops of lemon juice

Add a few drops of lemon juice to half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Apply this thick paste on your tongue and inside your mouth and then wash it with lukewarm water. Do this once a day daily for about 2 weeks.

5. Lemon and hot water
1 lemon
1 glass of warm water

Squeeze the juice of one lemon in a glass of warm water. Mix this solution well and use it to rinse your mouth. Do this once a day daily for at least a week to see the benefits.
