How to make Satrangi Biryani

Step 1- To make Satrangi Biryani, first cut all the vegetables into pieces and keep them aside.

Step 2- Now cook the rice to about 80 percent.

Step 3- Put the vegetables in a vessel. Add turmeric powder, curd, cashew paste, chili powder, kewra water, saffron water, mint leaves, and onion, and mix well.

Step 4- Add cooked rice, desi ghee, and garam masala powder to it.
