Material :
-1/2 cup gram flour
-1/2 cup moth flour
-1/4 tsp cardamom powder
-1/4 tsp asafoetida
-1-1/2 tsp black pepper powder
-1 tsp oil
-salt to taste
- oil for deep frying
- water as required
Method :
Mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough.
-Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Press the dough through sev molds/press and then put in hot oil.
Deep fry the bhujia till it turns light brown.
After deep frying, take it out of the oil and let the excess oil drain out.
