Ingredients for making coconut barfi
Coconut – 2 bowls (ground)
Sugar powder- 1 bowl
Cardamom powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Milk- 1 liter
Ghee- 4 tbsp
Method
To make coconut barfi, take a pan and heat ghee in it. When the ghee becomes hot, add ground coconut to it and fry. When it is roasted well, add milk, cardamom powder, and sugar to it and cook well.
While cooking it, keep in mind that it should neither be too thick nor too thin. Now take out this batter in a plate. Leave it like this for some time. When it cools down, cut it into your favorite shape. To decorate it, you can add dry grated coconut on top.
Apple puree ingredients
Apple pulp- 2 bowls
Sugar- 1
Bowl milk- 1 liter
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
Method
To make apple rabri, first, take a non-stick pan. Heat some ghee in this pan and then add milk to it. Cook this milk until it becomes thick. When the milk thickens, add grated apple to it.
Keep in mind that grate the apple immediately, otherwise, it turns yellow. After adding apple to milk, add sugar and cardamom powder to it. Now let all these things cook for some time. To decorate it, you can place a piece of apple on it while serving.
