Malai Barfi Ingredients
Cheese
Maya or Khoya
Cardamom powder
Chopped cashew nuts
Condensed milk

Method
If you are thinking of making Malai Barfi for Bhai Dooj, then first of all put a pan on the gas and add condensed milk to it. Mix mawa well in this condensed milk. Keep stirring it continuously.
After this, mash the cheese pieces properly and put them in the pan. Keep stirring it until the mixture becomes smooth. So that there are no lumps anywhere in it.
When the mixture separates from the pan and starts thickening, add cardamom powder to it and mix. After this, apply ghee to a plate and take it out.
To decorate this, add cashews and almonds on top and press lightly. Now let it cool down. Your malai barfi is ready.
