2 cups gram flour (chickpea flour)
1 cup sugar (or as per your taste)
1 cup ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Almonds or cashews (finely chopped) – optional
Method of making gram flour laddus
Fry the gram flour:
Heat ghee in a pan.
Then add gram flour and fry on medium flame until it turns light brown.
Add sugar:
Now add sugar in it and mix well.
Add cardamom powder and nuts:
Add cardamom powder to it and add finely chopped almonds or cashews.
Make Laddu:
Let the mixture cool. When it cools down, apply some ghee on your hands and make small laddus.
