  • Cashew has a warming effect. In summer, it should be eaten after soaking.
  • One should not eat more than 4-5 cashews in a day.

  • Cashews are high in good fat and carbohydrates. Weight can be reduced by eating it, although it is very important to take care of the quantity.
  • According to experts, it is considered good to eat cashew nuts in the mid-morning.
  • If there is a lack of blood in your body, then you must consume cashews. It can help in dealing with iron deficiency or low hemoglobin in the body.
  • Cashews contain vitamin E and anti-oxidants are found. Because of this, they are good for skin and hair.
  • Pregnant women should also include cashews in their diet. This gives strength to the body. Cashew contains zinc and folic acid which is good for the development of the child.
  • Cashew is also good for metabolism. It improves digestion.
  • If you are facing pain and heavy bleeding during periods, then you must include cashew nuts in your diet.
  • According to experts, women who are breastfeeding should also eat cashews. It helps in increasing milk.
