Ingredients of Belly Fat Burner Soup
- Moong dal-2 spoons
- Tomato-1 small
- Fenugreek leaves – a handful
- Water-200 ml
- Ghee- 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – a pinch
- Black pepper powder – a pinch
- Rock salt – a pinch
- Cumin- 1/4 tsp
- bay leaf-1
- Cinnamon- 1 pinch
How to make Belly Fat Burner Soup
- Pack soaked green moong dal, fenugreek, tomatoes and water in a pressure cooker.
- Let it cook for four whistles and mash it.
- Now put ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and all the other spices and let it crackle.
- Now add this tadka to the soup, mix it and enjoy the hot soup.
