At the same time, it is rich in essential fats, carbohydrates and proteins. These seeds contain Omega 3 fatty acids which help in boosting your metabolism and hence burn fat faster.

Sabja seeds are also rich in fibre, which means if you consume them; it makes you feel full for a long time. This controls your cravings. You avoid consuming any extra calories during the day. In this way, they prove helpful in weight loss.

How to consume sabja seeds

  • To lose weight, soak sabja seeds in a glass of water and drink this water on an empty stomach.
  • If you want, you can also consume sabja seeds by adding them to smoothies or shakes.
  • Apart from this, if you want, you can consume it by sprinkling it on Salah or dessert.
