Brinjal is a vegetable which is always available in the market. Most of the people like its Bharta very much. This is a popular dish eaten in North India. It is delicious to eat. If you are bored of eating this dish traditionally prepared at home, then today we are telling you the recipe for making restaurant-style Brinjal Bharta. This recipe is very easy and gets ready in no time.

Ingredients
Brinjal – 2 big size
Finely chopped onions – 2
Green chilli finely chopped – 3
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Tomato – 3
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 to 2 teaspoons
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped – 1 tablespoon
Oil – 2 to 3 spoons

Method
- First of all, cook the brinjal on medium flame. When they are ripe, peel them.
Cook the tomato-like brinjal on medium flame. When they are ripe, peel them too.
Now mash the brinjal and tomato together in a bowl and prepare a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot, add chopped green chilies and onions and fry till they turn golden.
- When your Baghar is ready, put brinjal and tomato paste in the pan.
- After adding the paste, mix all the spices in it and cook. Brinjal Bharta is ready.
