Before knowing about eligibility checks, know that Ayushman cards are made for eligible people under Ayushman Yojana. After this, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the empaneled hospitals.
You can check your eligibility like this:-
Step 1
If you also want your Ayushman card to be made, then first you have to check your eligibility, only after that, it will be known whether your card will be made or not.
In such a situation, first, you have to go to the official website of PM Jan Arogya Yojana mera.pmjay.gov.in
Step 2
After visiting the portal, you have to enter your 10-digit mobile number here.
After this, you have to fill in the captcha code shown on the screen.
Then click on the option of Get OTP
Step 3
Now an OTP will come on the mobile number you entered, enter it here
Then you have to choose your province and district
After this, you have to enter the necessary information like your name and father's name here.
Now you will know about your eligibility.
