Such as housing schemes to provide houses, pension schemes to provide pension, etc. Similarly, the Central Government also runs a scheme so that such people can get free treatment. The name of this scheme is Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Chief Minister Scheme. In this scheme, beneficiaries are given the benefit of free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh. If you also want to avail the benefit of free treatment by joining this scheme, then first of all you have to know whether you are eligible for it or not. Step 1
If you also want to get an Ayushman card made, then for this you have to check your eligibility.
To check eligibility, first of all, you have to go to the official portal of Ayushman Yojana pmjay.gov.in.
Now you have to click on the option 'Am I Eligible' here.
Step 2
After this, you have to enter your 10-digit mobile number
A one-time password i.e. OTP will come on this mobile number.
Now fill this OTP here
After this, two options will appear in front of you, in the first one select your state.
Step 3
Whereas, in the second one you have to fill in your ration card number and mobile number.
After this, you have to click on the search
Then you will know whether you are eligible to get an Ayushman card made or not.

Now if you are eligible, then you have to go to your nearest public service center to get an Ayushman card made.
Meet the concerned officer here and submit your documents
These are verified and eligibility is also checked.
After the investigation is found correct, the application is made.
