Ayushman cards can be made for these people:-
A list of people for whom Ayushman card can be made under the scheme was already released by the government. This includes those who are daily wage laborers, destitute or tribal, or those who are landless...
Also, if anyone's house is unbuilt, who is destitute or tribal, who lives in rural areas, or who has a disabled member in their family, etc. So these people are considered eligible for the scheme.
