Understand the plan
The name of this scheme is 'Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Chief Minister Scheme'. Under this scheme, Ayushman cards of eligible people are made, after which the cardholder can get free treatment for up to five lakh rupees through this card in the listed hospital.

Step 1
Whether the Ayushman card will be yours or not, you will have to check the eligibility for which you have to go to the official portal of the scheme pmjay.gov.in
Here click on the option of 'Am I Eligible'
Now enter your mobile number here and then OTP received on it.
Step 2
After this, you will get two options, wherein the first choose your state
Whereas, fill in your mobile number and ration card number in the second option.
Now click on the search option
After this, you will come to know about your eligibility and you will be able to know whether your Ayushman card will be made or not.
