Gas, indigestion and constipation cause many problems like abdominal pain and cramps. Often people think that due to gas or indigestion in the stomach, there can be pain only in the stomach, but it is not so. Headache can also be a problem due to gas. Headache occurs due to dehydration, hunger, stress or cold. Along with this, headaches can also occur due to gas. Having gas or bloating after eating anything is directly related to not digesting the food properly. Indigestion directly affects our health.

Drink lukewarm water

This is an easy recipe to remove the headache caused by gas. Lukewarm water improves the digestive system. This makes digestion good. Drink lukewarm water little by little throughout the day. Especially, drinking lukewarm water after about 15-20 minutes of eating.

Take care of spices

There are many spices available in our kitchen which is good for digestion. If you use these spices while cooking, then your digestion will gradually improve and gas will not be formed. Ginger, cumin, garlic, celery, asafoetida and turmeric help in digestion.

Avoid carbonated drinks

Even though most people like to drink carbonated drinks, in reality, it weakens our digestive system. They produce more gas in the stomach, so avoid them.

Exercise daily

One of the reasons for the formation of gas or headache due to gas is the lack of physical activity in our everyday life. If you exercise daily or do yoga, then automatically the formation of gas will reduce. That's why include it in your routine.

NabhiAbhyanga

To remove gas, do NabhiAbhyang i.e. massage around the navel. Massage around the navel with castor oil or sesame oil in a clockwise direction for 5-10 minutes. This will improve blood circulation in the digestive system. Will get rid of gas and bloating.
