How to use neem leaves

Especially, this problem increases in the summer season. To avoid this, you have to boil neem leaves and drink this drink. Take 4-5 neem leaves. Boil them in 2 cups of water. When the water remains half, filter it. Drink this drink 2 times a day. The skin will be shiny and toxins will also come out from the body.

Oil pulling

According to experts, oil pulling should be done in summer to keep the skin healthy. Gargling with oil in the mouth detoxes the body and brings a glow to the face. The bacteria present in the mouth are also removed from it. Coconut oil, sesame oil or olive oil can be used for this.

Apply raw milk on the skin
