See Bibi Ka Maqbara

Resembling the Taj Mahal, Bibi Ka Maqbara is a beautiful tomb of Rabia-ul-Daurani alias DilrasBano Begum, wife of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb which was built by Aurangzeb in the memory of his wife in 1661. The monument resembles the famous Taj Mahal, as it was the main inspiration for the construction of the design and is often referred to as the Taj of the Deccan. It is one of the largest structures built during the reign of Aurangzeb.

Visit Aurangabad Caves

Aurangabad Caves are twelve rock-cut Buddhist temples, located about 20 km northwest of Aurangabad . These caves date back to the 6th and 8th centuries. Note that it is different from the Ajanta and Ellora caves. Carved out of soft basalt rock, it is considered to be one of the most spectacular caves in India. Aurangabad caves are also considered ideal for trekking. The attraction of the caves of Aurangabad is their sculptures. They are artificially rock-cut.

Visit Ghrishneshwar Temple

The Ghrishneshwar Temple at Ellora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is considered an important pilgrimage site. Ghrishneshwar is the smallest of the Jyotirlingas and is considered the last or 12th Jyotirlinga of India.

The architecture of the temple follows a South Indian style and is considered one of the most sacred places to visit in Aurangabad. Please tell me that this temple has been rebuilt many times. The present form of the temple was built by Rani AhilyabaiHolkar of Indore in the 18th century.

Hiking at Daulatabad Fort

Located 15 km away from the main city of Aurangabad, Daulatabad Fort is an ancient fort. It is considered one of the 'Seven Wonders of Maharashtra' and was built in the 12th century. From the top of the fort, you can have a mesmerizing view of the entire city. You need to climb about 750 strange steps to the top, but the view below is a wonderful and unforgettable experience to behold.

Have fun with the family in Siddharth Garden

Siddharth Garden is a park as well as a zoo. It is located at a distance of about 3 kms from Aurangabad Railway Station and about 4 kms from Bibi Ka Maqbara, the popular tourist attraction of Aurangabad. Siddharth Garden is a popular picnic spot for the locals of Aurangabad.

Another attraction of Siddharth Garden is the zoo, where one can find many wild animals like tigers, lions, panthers, civet cats, snakes, crocodiles, emu, fox, deer, hyenas etc. There is also an aquarium in Siddharth Garden where different types of colourful fish can be seen. It is a good place to visit with kids.
