Very few people like the taste of colocasia. Because of this, it is not made in homes, but today we will tell you a method of making this vegetable, after which everyone will eat it with enthusiasm.

Material :
Arbi - 200 grams, Spinach - 1 cup, Tomato puree - 1/2 cup, Curd - 1/4 cup, Green chili chopped - 1 tsp, Salt - as per taste, Cumin - 1 tsp, Ajwain - 1/4 tsp, Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Kasoori methi - 1 tsp Oil - 1 tbsp

Method :
Peel the colocasia, peel it, and wipe it with a clean cloth and dry it thoroughly. After this, roughly chop the colocasia.

- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and carom seeds to it and splutter.

After this, add red chili powder, coriander, and turmeric powder to it. Fry it for a few seconds. Now add arab pieces and green chilies to it.

Fry the arbi till it turns golden.

Now it's time to add chopped spinach to it. Everything has to be cooked till the spinach melts.

Then add tomato puree and curd to it. Put salt on top as well.
Cover and cook the vegetable for 7-10 minutes.

After this, turn off the gas and add kasoori methi and garam masala over the vegetable.

Serve hot Arbi Paneer Masala with roti or paratha.
