Spinach, Mushroom and Tomato Soup for anti-ageing

Ingredients

  • Spinach- 130 grams
  • Mushroom- 120 grams
  • Tomato- 60 grams
  • Cumin- 1 tsp
  • Black pepper-1/4 tsp
  • Rock salt- 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee- 1 tsp
  • Sunflower seeds- 1 tablespoon
  • Water- 300 ml.

Method to prepare

  • Take ghee in a pan.
  • Add half spinach and half mushroom and sauté separately.
  • Take a pressure cooker and add ghee and cumin seeds to it.
  • Now add tomatoes, mushrooms, salt, black pepper and water.
  • Cook it in a pressure cooker till 4 whistles.
  • Now blend it.
  • Add 1 tablespoon water to sunflower seeds and blend well.
  • Now add sautéed mushrooms, spinach and sunflower seeds paste to it.
  • Your anti-aging soup is ready.
