Spinach, Mushroom and Tomato Soup for anti-ageing
Ingredients
- Spinach- 130 grams
- Mushroom- 120 grams
- Tomato- 60 grams
- Cumin- 1 tsp
- Black pepper-1/4 tsp
- Rock salt- 1/4 tsp
- Ghee- 1 tsp
- Sunflower seeds- 1 tablespoon
- Water- 300 ml.
Method to prepare
- Take ghee in a pan.
- Add half spinach and half mushroom and sauté separately.
- Take a pressure cooker and add ghee and cumin seeds to it.
- Now add tomatoes, mushrooms, salt, black pepper and water.
- Cook it in a pressure cooker till 4 whistles.
- Now blend it.
- Add 1 tablespoon water to sunflower seeds and blend well.
- Now add sautéed mushrooms, spinach and sunflower seeds paste to it.
- Your anti-aging soup is ready.
